Agreement to Terms

By placing an order or using the Groove website, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully as they outline your rights and responsibilities when accessing Groove’s online store and purchasing our products.

Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are verified and must be accepted before processing.
Groove reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to inventory shortages, payment verification issues, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.
Allow 2-4 business days for order processing prior to shipment.
Shipping typically takes between 7-15 business days after processing is complete.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, received damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting Groove customer service at phoebeemilio4454@outlook.com. Beyond this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Groove is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages that may arise from using this website or purchasing products from it.
